With extensive experience in the diamond, jewelry and apparel industries and a substantial background in factoring and asset-based lending, Mr. Winters effectively serves as outside general counsel, helping his clients successfully navigate a myriad of business and legal issues. His diverse experience and creativity uniquely enable Mr. Winters to develop and implement legal and business strategies which are tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of each client. Mr. Winters has represented clients in connection with sales and acquisitions, financing and consignment transactions, supply and fulfillment agreements, licensing and concession agreements and a broad spectrum of other commercial agreements and contracts. In addition, he has represented debtors, creditors, committees and major parties in interest in bankruptcy and restructuring matters throughout the United States.
