Ian Winters

For almost 25 years, Mr. Winters has skillfully represented and counseled his clients as a trusted advisor in a wide variety of commercial transactions, financing arrangements and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

With extensive experience in the diamond, jewelry and apparel industries and a substantial background in factoring and asset-based lending, Mr. Winters effectively serves as outside general counsel, helping his clients successfully navigate a myriad of business and legal issues. His diverse experience and creativity uniquely enable Mr. Winters to develop and implement legal and business strategies which are tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of each client. Whether he is representing a large multi-national conglomerate or a small family-owned business, his holistic, results-oriented and cost-effective approach has earned him high praise and has translated into long-lasting personal relationships with many of his clients.

Mr. Winters has represented clients in connection with sales and acquisitions, financing and consignment transactions, supply and fulfillment agreements, licensing and concession agreements and a broad spectrum of other commercial agreements and contracts. In addition, he has represented debtors, creditors, committees and major parties in interest in bankruptcy and restructuring matters throughout the United States.
