He has experience handling complex litigation matters involving commercial and financial transactions, insurance litigation including defending and prosecuting D&O and malpractice actions, and bankruptcy and adversary proceedings. He has successfully represented clients in litigation matters across the country in state and federal courts, and bankruptcy courts, including jury and bench trials, claims disputes, arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Jureller has extensive experience in representing and working with offshore liquidators and insolvency professionals in various international bankruptcy and litigation matters. He has been involved in matters in multiple foreign jurisdictions, including Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, among others. He has represented liquidators in Chapter 15 proceedings, and represented funds and fund managers, foreign companies, and creditors involved in international litigation and disputes.
