John Jureller, Jr.

Mr. Jureller has a diverse practice focused on business, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and general corporate and transactional work.

He has experience handling complex litigation matters involving commercial and financial transactions, insurance litigation including defending and prosecuting D&O and malpractice actions, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has successfully represented clients in litigation matters across the country in state and federal courts, and bankruptcy courts, including trials, claims disputes, arbitration and mediation. He is committed to achieving optimal results for clients by drawing upon his broad range of experience.

Mr. Jureller also has extensive experience representing and working with offshore liquidators and insolvency professionals in various international bankruptcy and litigation matters. He has represented liquidators in Chapter 15 proceedings, and represented funds and fund managers, foreign companies, and creditors involved in international litigation and disputes.
