Lauren Kiss

Ms. Kiss has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, bankruptcy trustees, secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court insolvency matters. Ms. Kiss also has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigations.
