Mr. Collins’ practice focuses on the representation of debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy cases, restructurings, and related adversarial proceedings. Before joining the firm, Mr. Collins was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department, where he represented various administrative agencies of the City of New York in complex litigation matters.
